La posizione


Cerchiamo una persona che voglia costruire uno stabilimento partendo da zero e guidarne lo sviluppo in tutte le sue fasi.

Il candidato selezionato sarà responsabile dell'intero progetto: dall'allestimento dello stabilimento e dalla costruzione del team, fino all'avvio della produzione e alla successiva gestione operativa del plant.

Questa posizione rappresenta un'importante opportunità anche per un Plant Manager, Operations Manager o Manufacturing Manager con forte esperienza, desideroso di compiere il passo successivo verso il ruolo di General Manager.



Principali responsabilità


  • Guidare l'avvio completo del nuovo stabilimento produttivo
  • Selezionare, sviluppare e coordinare il team locale di management e produzione
  • Coordinare l'installazione degli impianti e l'avviamento della produzione
  • Definire e implementare i processi produttivi e le procedure operative
  • Introdurre KPI, sistemi qualità e strumenti di controllo delle performance
  • Promuovere una cultura aziendale orientata alla sicurezza, alla qualità e al miglioramento continuo
  • Gestire le attività di produzione, ingegneria, manutenzione, logistica, acquisti e magazzino
  • Collaborare costantemente con la sede centrale italiana durante tutte le fasi del progetto
  • Sviluppare rapporti con fornitori, istituzioni e partner locali
  • Garantire efficienza operativa, controllo dei costi e soddisfazione del cliente


Requisiti


  • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Gestionale, Elettrica o discipline tecniche affini (titolo preferenziale).
  • In alternativa, consolidata esperienza in ruoli di responsabilità all'interno di realtà manifatturiere
  • Esperienza di almeno 8-15 anni nel settore industriale.
  • Esperienza maturata come:
  • Plant Manager
  • Operations Manager
  • Manufacturing Manager
  • Production Manager
  • Industrial Manager
  • Provenienza dal settore metalmeccanico, elettromeccanico, trasformatori, apparecchiature elettriche o produzioni industriali.
  • Costituisce titolo preferenziale aver partecipato all'avvio di un nuovo stabilimento (greenfield) o a importanti progetti di espansione produttiva.
  • Spiccate capacità di leadership, organizzazione e gestione delle persone.
  • Approccio operativo ("hands-on") e forte spirito imprenditoriale.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • La conoscenza della lingua italiana sarà considerata un plus.

We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial leader to drive this exciting project.


The Opportunity


We are looking for someone who wants to build a factory from the ground up.

The successful candidate will lead every stage of the project—from plant set-up and team recruitment to production start-up and long-term operational management.

This role is ideal for a high-potential Plant Manager, Operations Manager or Manufacturing Manager ready to take the next step into a General Manager position.



Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the complete start-up of the new manufacturing facility.
  • Recruit, develop and lead the local management and production teams.
  • Coordinate equipment installation and production ramp-up.
  • Implement production processes and operational procedures.
  • Establish KPIs, quality systems and reporting structures.
  • Build a strong culture focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
  • Manage production, engineering, maintenance, logistics, purchasing and warehouse activities.
  • Coordinate closely with the Italian headquarters during the start-up phase.
  • Develop relationships with local suppliers and institutions.
  • Ensure operational excellence, cost control and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering (preferred).
  • Alternatively, equivalent experience in manufacturing leadership.
  • 8-15 years of experience in industrial manufacturing.
  • Experience as:
  • Plant Manager
  • Operations Manager
  • Manufacturing Manager
  • Production Manager
  • Industrial Manager
  • Experience in metalworking, transformers, electrical equipment, electromechanical products or industrial manufacturing.
  • Previous experience in a greenfield project or plant expansion is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Italian language is a plus
