Hulcher Services is looking for a motivated Territory Sales Specialist to drive new business and expand existing customer relationships throughout an assigned territory.

What You'll Do

As a Territory Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for growing Hulcher's market presence by developing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.


Responsibilities include:

  • Prospect and develop new business throughout your assigned territory.
  • Build long-term relationships with railroad, industrial, manufacturing, agriculture, utility, and construction customers.
  • Grow existing customer accounts by identifying opportunities to expand services.
  • Prepare bids, proposals, pricing, and customer presentations.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Estimating, and National Accounts to ensure successful project execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure purchase orders.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and customer activity within Dynamics CRM.
  • Meet customers at offices, job sites, and project locations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
  • Represent Hulcher Services at customer meetings, networking events, and industry functions.

Travel

  • Travel 50-75% throughout your assigned territory including Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama and Arkansas  
  • Overnight travel required
