Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent agricultural company in the Ligonier, IN area, is seeking Bulk Loaders to join their team. This company is a leader in the industry, serving customers in flour, wheat, bean, grain, and agronomy markets, with continued growth driven by innovation and strong customer relationships.
Bulk Loader Job Summary:
• Pay: $17.50 an hour
• Shift Available:
o 2nd Shift: 6:00 pm to 6:00 am
• Schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off (12-hour shifts)
• Training: Must train on 1st shift for 2-3 weeks
• Load and unload product from trucks and rail cars
• Work in a steady-paced, team-oriented environment
• Rotate between workstations and learn multiple job functions
• Perform product prep and visual inspections
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
Bulk Loader Qualifications & Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift 30-60 lbs. regularly (50+ lbs. required)
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move throughout shift
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work at heights, including scaffolding and walkways above rail cars and trailers
