Location: Bellevue, WA

Salary: USD $121,900 – $183,000 / yr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the imaging department
  • Lead and supervise a team of 30+ staff
  • Handle staff hiring, training, and performance reviews
  • Monitor patient workflow and resolve any issues
  • Manage budgets, scheduling, and resources
  • Ensure equipment and systems are functioning properly
  • Work with other departments to improve processes

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in imaging (Radiologic Tech, Sonographer, Mammography, or Nuclear Medicine)
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory/lead role
  • Strong experience in Nuclear Medicine
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Relevant certification (Radiologic Technologist, Sonographer, or Nuclear Medicine)
  • Active Washington state certification (required)
