Position Description & Requirements
POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking an Interventional Radiologist for St. Barnabas. Leadership opportunity available. In addition to IR procedures (Venous access, GI/GU, biopsies, drains, PICC lines, paras/thoras, LPs, myelograms, arthrograms, ablations, along with the below procedures) this position will support workflow for diagnostic imaging.
Light Procedures
  • Lumbar Puncture, Diagnostic
  • Lumbar Puncture, Myelogram
  • Joint arthrogram: Knee, Elbow, Hip, Shoulder, Wrist and Ankle
Procedures
  • Angiography: Carotid, Cerebral, Renal, Mesenteric, and Extremity
  • Angioplasty/Stent: Carotid, Visceral, Great Vessels and Extremity
  • Stroke/Inter-cranial Intervention
  • Thrombolysis
  • Embolization: Visceral Trauma, GI Bleed, Uterine, Venous, Y-90 and Chemo
  • Image Guided Radiofrequency Ablation
  • Image Guided Cryoablation
  • Venous Ablation
  • Venograms
  • Vascular Access: PICC Line, Tunneled Catheter Placement and Port Placement
  • IVC Filter Placement and IVC Filter Retrieval
  • Dialysis Fistula/Graft Declotting and Intervention
  • Retrieval of Intravascular Foreign Body

Empire State Radiology (ESR), an affiliate of Radiology Partners, is one of the leading radiology practices in The Bronx. ESR has over 30 physicians (and growing!) and provides radiology services for Bronx Care Health System's 9-story Health and Wellness Center. Bronx Care Health System is the largest voluntary, not-for-profit health care system serving the South and Central Bronx. ESR physicians are board certified with subspecialties in Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal, Pediatrics and Women's Diagnostic Imaging. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME accredited U.S. training program
  • Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (ABOR)
  • Licensed or has the ability to obtain a license in the state of New York

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $500,000-$1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
