Full-time Diagnostic Radiologist opportunity in Great Falls, Montana, offering a Mondayโ€“Friday schedule, leadership influence, and the ability to shape a growing radiology service line.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist to serve as the on-site imaging leader within a collaborative hospital and outpatient setting. This role focuses primarily on diagnostic imaging across X-ray, CT, MRI, and DEXA, with optional exposure to mammography, nuclear medicine, and interventional procedures.

You will be the primary on-site radiologist, working alongside a tele-radiology group to support imaging needs without 24/7 coverage expectations. Daily volume averages around 200 studies, with a strong emphasis on quality, efficiency, and clinical partnership.

This position offers the opportunity to help grow and shape the radiology department, collaborate with surgeons and providers on cases, and participate in multidisciplinary care such as tumor boards.
