Get to Know Your Team: 

  • BSA Hospital is a 445-bed hospital serving the Amarillo area for over 120 years and continues to be Amarillo’s preferred healthcare provider. At BSA, the focus is to provide quality healthcare in Christian love, service, and dignity

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for performing functions under the direct supervision of a registered and licensed Radiologic Technologist. 
  • Positioning patients' radiographic exams, the aide is also responsible for preparing exam rooms, equipment, supplies, and contrast medications. 
  • Must flex to accommodate volumes. 
  • When a Radiology student clinical intern is on-site and working as an employee of the Diagnostic Imaging Department,
  • The Radiology clinical intern must not make any radiation exposures in accordance with the Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology.
