Senior Radiation Protection Consultant
BIOTRONIK Inc, based in Lake Oswego OR, is a leading distributor of radiation protection equipment for the fluoroscopic user community in healthcare. Role Purpose:
Senior Radiation Protection Consultants (RPC) are top-level commercial individual contributors focused on radiation protection. They are tasked with running evaluations of EggNest systems, assisting/facilitating closing of EggNest sales, selling Egg Medical disposable products, educating customers/potential customers on radiation reduction solutions and continuing to support EggNest installed base in a specific geography to ensure sustained customer success.
Your Responsibilities
  • Promote, sell, evaluate and install clinical radiation protection solutions.
  • Achieve Sales Revenue Plan: Hit Sr. RPC sales revenue goals on a quarterly/annual basis.
  • Sales/Marketing: Complete grasp and understanding of Egg Medical products to be able to take the lead on evaluations and customer presentations.
  • Coordination/Collaboration with Customer Success Team post-install: The importance of customer success post-install is essential for the growth and prosperity of the company.
  • Deliver Constant Education: Take advantage of every opportunity that exists for Sr. RPC to follow up and provide more education and in-servicing of customers.
  • Leadership and Guidance: RPCs and Associate RPCs will look toward Sr. RPCs for coaching. The expectation is that Sr. RPC will take ownership in the development of newer employees.
  • Responsible for Area, Region and Territory planning to prospect and cultivate new accounts, develop current accounts, obtain orders, and produce adequate sales volume to meet outlined sales goals.
  • Effectively communicate with sales teams, sales management and various departments within Egg Medical and Biotronik, Inc. (Customer Service, Product Service, Marketing, Finance, etc.) on competitive issues, territory issues, status of orders, etc.
  • Conduct routine daily sales operations and tailor presentations and materials for specific customer needs and requirements.
  • Maintain continuity with the customer as a source of information, problem solver, and educator.
  • Maintain detailed high-quality up-to-date account profiles in Salesforce.
  • Conduct EggNest related product customer facing in-service training, including sterile drape technique training.

Your Profile
  • A four (4) year degree in technical science or business discipline OR 15 plus years in Medical equipment sales is preferred.
  • Past sales experience within Interventional lab space such as Cath, EP or VI lab with Capital Equipment is preferred.
  • Business to Business Sales experience that demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the sales process, cycles and ethical business practices.
  • C-level call points and demonstration of strategic selling skills strongly preferred.
  • Evidence of top performance in prior sales roles.
  • Understanding of hospital, ASC and OBL sales strongly preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills, business acumen, and leadership qualities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of business programs.

Travel Requirements
  • Must be available for overnight travel up to 60% of the time, including occasional weekend and holiday trips.
  • The candidate must live no more than 1 hour from a major U.S. airport.
  • Work from your home office.
  • Extensive travel by plane and automobile.
