The Role
As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll be the face of Radiant in our customers' homes. You'll diagnose plumbing issues, explain solutions clearly, and perform high-quality repairs with professionalism and care. This is a customer-focused role that combines strong technical ability with communication and problem-solving. You'll use ServiceTitan on an iPad to document work, present options, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
