Hybrid Interventional/Diagnostic Radiologist - Vancouver, WA $100K Signing Bonus
ABOUT RADIA
Radia PS is one of the nation's largest 100% radiologist owned and managed practices, NO venture capital or private equity involvement, offering both onsite and remote opportunities. Our practice, made up of more than 270+ radiologists, is dedicated to providing excellent patient care and enhancing the physician work experience
ABOUT THE POSITION
Radia is seeking a Board-certified/eligible fellowship-trained interventional radiologist to fill a hybrid interventional/diagnostic shareholder track radiology position in the Vancouver/Portland region, up to 12 weeks' vacation.
Approximately 50% of this full-time hybrid position will focus on a broad range of IR to include weeknight and weekend call. We are looking for candidates who can perform all aspects of interventional radiology for a busy urban practice, to including oncologic procedures such as chemoembolizations/Y-90.
The diagnostic radiology component of the position encompasses interpretation of general radiology studies including CT, XR, US, as well as performance of fluoroscopy studies. No mammography or neuroradiology. Radia provides 24/7 subspecialty coverage.
Position offers flexibility in the number of weeks off with a minimum of 8 weeks and up to 10 weeks, pending preferred schedule.
This is a Shareholder Track position with benefits, flexible hours and schedule, based on mutual agreement.
Compensation:
  • Compensation based on shifts worked and employment type.
  • Minimum first year projected shareholder compensation with 10 weeks' vacation is $504,711 - $544,325.
  • Shareholder projected compensation is $412,000 - $542,835 based on 10 weeks' vacation.
Generous Bonus:
  • $100,000 New Hire bonus, with $50,000 retention bonus at the end of the second year.
Great Benefits package:
  • 401k and profit-sharing contributions - $69,000 max employee and Radia contributions
  • Health, life, vision, dental, disability - valued at $27,000 in addition to W-2 income (benefits eligibility based on hours worked)
