The Radar Development Lead will drive the architecture, design, and implementation of mission-critical radar capabilities. This includes defining radar processing chains, guiding algorithm development, shaping system requirements, and ensuring technical alignment across software, systems, and modeling teams. This role interfaces heavily with RF domain experts, algorithm developers, and mission engineers. Location: Broomfield, CO
Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in office per week
Clearance Required: Secret or higher
