Role Summary


The Key Holder plays a critical leadership role within the retail store, supporting daily operations and ensuring a premium customer experience. This position is responsible for opening and closing the store, maintaining operational standards, and acting as a floor leader in the absence of store management.

Requirements:

Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations

  • Open and close the retail location, ensuring all security and operational procedures are followed
  • Maintain store readiness, including merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Support inventory accuracy, receiving shipments, and stock replenishment

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Deliver exceptional, consultative sales experiences aligned with the Rad brand
  • Educate customers on e-bike features, accessories, and services
  • Drive sales performance through product knowledge and customer engagement

Leadership & Team Support

  • Act as a manager-on-duty when leadership is not present
  • Support onboarding and training of retail associates
  • Provide coaching and real-time feedback to team members

Operational Execution

  • Follow company policies, POS procedures, and cash handling protocols
  • Assist with store events, promotions, and community engagement

Qualifications
