Rackspace Technology is building the next generation of healthcare AI infrastructure - and we're hiring a proven enterprise hunter to lead new logo growth across U.S. health systems and IDNs. This is a pure acquisition role focused on winning new enterprise healthcare customers navigating AI adoption, cloud modernization, data transformation, and operational automation.
You'll partner with AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, and Palantir to bring transformative AI, cloud, and data solutions to some of the largest healthcare organizations in the country. If you thrive in complex enterprise sales, enjoy building territory from scratch, and want to capitalize on the explosive healthcare AI market, this is a high-impact opportunity with significant earnings upside.
What You'll Own
  • Build and close a pipeline of net-new healthcare enterprise opportunities
  • Sell complex AI, cloud, data, and managed services solutions into health systems and IDNs
  • Engage CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CMOs, and executive healthcare leadership
  • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting through close
  • Lead strategic multi-stakeholder deals ranging from $500K-$5M+ ACV
  • Partner closely with AWS, Azure, GCP, and Palantir field teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The compensation range for this position ranges from $192,610.00/year in our lowest geographic market up to 338,993.60 USD/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
