Job Summary:
US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions. They are seeking a hands-on AI Lab / Data Center Professional to support the setup, maintenance, and daily operations of a high-performance computing (HPC) environment.
Responsibilities:
• Perform rack & stack, cabling, and physical setup of servers, storage, and networking equipment
• Support AI lab and data center operations, ensuring uptime and system reliability
• Troubleshoot and maintain Linux-based systems, servers, and storage infrastructure
• Diagnose hardware and connectivity issues using monitoring and diagnostic tools
• Execute moves, adds, and changes (MAC activities) within the data center
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to support AI/ML infrastructure needs
• Maintain proper documentation, asset tracking, and cable management
• Follow safety standards and best practices within the lab/data center
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong Linux systems experience
• Background in data center infrastructure support, including rack & stack and hardware troubleshooting
• Perform rack & stack, cabling, and physical setup of servers, storage, and networking equipment
• Support AI lab and data center operations, ensuring uptime and system reliability
• Troubleshoot and maintain Linux-based systems, servers, and storage infrastructure
• Diagnose hardware and connectivity issues using monitoring and diagnostic tools
