Job description

Job Title: Oracle Fusion Consultant – Supply Chain Accounting & Project Costing
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
12+ Montract 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain Accounting and Project Costing to support enterprise-level implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion), particularly across financial and supply chain modules, and will play a key role in driving end-to-end process design, implementation, and integration.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Supply Chain Accounting processes, including:
    • Intercompany (IC) Accounting
    • Cost Accounting
    • Receipt Accounting
  • Drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementations, especially direct procurement flows
  • Implement and support Oracle Projects Costing, including configuration and solution design
  • Work on Oracle Fusion Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) implementations and integrations
  • Collaborate with technical/engineering teams to design and deliver system integrations
  • Develop and deliver custom and standard reports based on business requirements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and offshore (India-based) teams
  • Ensure alignment with business processes and best practices across Oracle modules

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Strong functional expertise in:
    • Supply Chain Accounting
    • Project Costing
    • Intercompany, Cost, and Receipt Accounting
  • Proven experience with:
    • Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementations
    • Oracle Projects Costing
    • Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)
  • Hands-on experience configuring multiple Oracle modules such as:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Fixed Assets (FA)
    • Cash Management (CM)
  • Experience with reporting, integrations, and data flows
  • Strong collaboration skills with both functional and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in large-scale Oracle Fusion implementations
  • Exposure to multi-region/global delivery models
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions

Work Environment
  • Hybrid role – 3 days/week onsite in San Francisco, CA
  • Must be willing to work across time zones and coordinate with offshore teams (India)
  • Out-of-state candidates are acceptable if open to relocation
