SEBRING INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY

This racetrack located in Sebring, Florida, is America's oldest road racing track, with over six decades of storied history. It hosts the historic Twelve Hours of Sebring each year on the third Saturday of March on the 3.74-mile road course. The Twelve Hours of Sebring is one of the five endurance races on the IMSA schedule.


Sebring International Raceway is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Brand Ambassador to serve as the face of one of America's most historic racing venues. This position plays a key role in growing awareness and attendance for the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring and other Raceway events by representing Sebring International Raceway at festivals, community events, motorsports gatherings, trade shows, partner activations, and promotional appearances throughout the State of Florida. The ideal candidate is passionate about motorsports, enjoys engaging with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences while representing the Sebring brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Represent Sebring International Raceway with professionalism, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service at promotional events throughout Florida.
  • Travel to single-day and multi-day events to promote the Raceway, the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring, and other Raceway events and experiences.
  • Transport, load, unload, set up, maintain, and tear down promotional displays, tents, signage, and branded activation equipment.
  • Operate and maintain the Sebring promotional display, ensuring it is clean, organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing.
  • Engage attendees by sharing the rich history of Sebring International Raceway, educating guests about upcoming events, ticket packages, hospitality experiences, and special promotions.
  • Generate qualified sales leads by collecting email signups and customer information for future marketing campaigns.
  • Distribute promotional materials, merchandise, and giveaway items while maintaining inventory levels.
  • Assist guests with purchasing tickets or directing them to the appropriate purchasing channels.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador of Sebring International Raceway's history, traditions, events, and facilities.
  • Capture photos and short videos from promotional events to support social media and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain promotional vehicles, trailers, and equipment in a clean and event-ready condition.
  • Provide event recap reports including attendance estimates, lead generation results, observations, and recommendations.
  • Assist the Marketing Department with promotional campaigns, special events, and additional duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in promotions, marketing, events, hospitality, customer service, or sales preferred.
  • Passion for motorsports, live events, tourism, or sports entertainment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident interacting with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while representing the organization professionally.
  • Comfortable speaking to large groups and engaging attendees in high-energy environments.
  • Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.

Work Requirements

  • Frequent travel throughout the State of Florida.
  • Overnight travel required for select events.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and race weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods while working promotional events.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, wind and rain.
  • Ability to safely transport and operate promotional equipment and displays.
  • Reliable transportation to and from Sebring International Raceway.
