Retail Store Manager

Naples Soap Company is seeking an experienced, motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our Lakewood Ranch, FL location. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven leader who enjoys developing high-performing teams, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of daily store operations to ensure an efficient, customer-focused environment.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team.
  • Drive sales growth while consistently achieving store goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create a positive, accountable culture focused on teamwork and exceptional service.
  • Manage employee scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and operational reporting.
  • Deliver a welcoming, engaging, and memorable customer experience.
