CVS Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support its Vaccination Initiative by administering a variety of immunizations in a retail healthcare setting. This is a patient-facing position responsible for delivering safe, high-quality care while educating patients and promoting community health.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, adaptable, and experienced in vaccine administration, with excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities- Administer vaccines including Influenza, COVID-19, MMR, and other routine immunizations.
- Perform patient assessments prior to vaccine administration.
- Educate patients on vaccine benefits, possible side effects, and post-vaccination care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and immunization records.
- Follow infection prevention and safety protocols (PPE provided).
- Collaborate effectively with pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and store staff.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a patient-first approach.
- Adapt to changing clinic schedules and patient volumes.
