Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Development

  • Drive and support the boutique in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Lead and assist with clienteling, CRM initiatives, and client engagement programs.
  • Ensure strong sales floor presence by motivating and guiding the team.
  • Partner with management to plan and execute local marketing and outreach activities.
  • Identify market opportunities and foster new business development.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Communicate sales performance, KPIs, and company directives effectively to the team.
  • Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of Sales Consultants in alignment with HR standards.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to team members, including annual performance reviews.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and standards, addressing disciplinary issues when necessary.
  • Uphold company dress code and ensure a consistent, professional brand image.

Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to all operational, HR, financial, health, and safety policies.
  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance management.
  • Oversee customer complaint resolution in line with company guidelines.
  • Manage inventory accuracy, stock control, and loss prevention.
  • Supervise cash handling and reconciliation of POS transactions.
  • Support assortment planning to meet customer and boutique needs.
  • Coordinate semi-annual inventory counts and resolve variances.
  • Monitor supply levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Act as a key holder, overseeing opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of store organization, cleanliness, and security.

Visual Merchandising & Presentation

  • Ensure visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards are consistently executed.
  • Maintain floor sets, fixtures, packaging, and stockroom organization.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure safety and functionality of all store equipment.
