Job description

Odd Rabbit is a new sushi restaurant in Boulder serving up craft cocktails, Japanese inspired fare and immaculate vibes in an easy-going atmosphere. Recognized with a Michelin Bib Gourmand at our sister restaurant Glo Noodle House in Denver- We’re inspired to care for our community through top level hospitality, unmatched generosity, approachable experimentation, and most importantly - damn good food & drinks.
Odd Rabbit is actively hiring Bartenders for our grand opening this spring with growth potential for the right candidate passionate about hospitality. We are seeking people who possess our values:

** Friday and Saturday availability is required for this position **

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications
  • Maintain a current TIPS certification at all times
  • Help guests choose menu items, guide them through drink/food options
  • Attend all mandatory trainings
  • Stay up to date and knowledgeable of both the drink and food menus-know them in & out
  • Be aware of all major allergens in every menu item, and be able to coach guests on what they are safe eating/drinking
  • Taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their time at the restaurant
  • Keep the bar stocked and clean throughout service
  • Provide friendly, warm, and attentive service
  • Adhere to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages and food menu items.
  • Practice safe food/beverage handling and hand washing practices
  • Maintain a clean uniform and overall appearance at all times during your shift
  • Treat your management and team with respect
  • Communicate clearly with all FOH & BOH employees
