When will you work?
  • The hours for this position are Monday - Friday with flexibility to support off-shift or weekend operations as needed.
What you'll do:
  • Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping
    โ€ข Manage and develop a team focused on safety, quality, and performance
    โ€ข Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
    โ€ข Drive inventory accuracy and implement controls to reduce discrepancies
    โ€ข Partner cross-functionally with pharmacy, quality, and customer care teams
    โ€ข Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
    โ€ข Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
    โ€ข Oversee scheduling and workforce planning based on demand
Who you are:
  • Strong leader with a hands-on approach and accountability mindset
