Odd Rabbit is a new sushi restaurant in Boulder serving up craft cocktails, Japanese inspired fare and immaculate vibes in an easy-going atmosphere. Odd Rabbit is actively hiring Line Cooks for our grand opening this spring with growth potential for the right candidate passionate about hospitality. We are seeking people who possess our values:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepping station and following recipes according to company specifications
• Preparing prep lists thoroughly and correctly for next day’s service
• Having a great attitude. Willing to learn, being receptive to constructive criticism, and giving a great effort every day.
• Stay up to date and knowledgeable of food menus-know them in & out
• Be aware of all major allergens in every menu item, and be able to coach guests on what they are safe eating/drinking
• Keeping a professional attitude throughout service as we are an open kitchen
• Keep their station stocked and clean throughout service
• Keeping the restaurant/kitchen and all equipment extremely clean
• Breaking down orders and fifo (first in first out) in the walk in at all times
• Provide friendly, warm, and attentive service
• Adhere to company standards for serving food menu items.
• Practice safe food/beverage handling and hand washing practices
• Always maintain a clean uniform and overall appearance during your shift

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($22-$27)
