BPS Solution Architect

Overview:

You will lead the design of end-to-end business process solutions powered by AI agents and decision-support platforms. Acting as the bridge between client stakeholders, product teams, and engineers, you will map current-state operations and co-create the future-state AI-native architecture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand Heathcare client workflows (Insurance, Payor) and pain points
  • Architect AI-native solutions leveraging modular agentic platforms
  • Define data and process models in collaboration with ontology and ML teams
  • Drive roadmap alignment between domain priorities and tech capabilities
  • Present solutions to C-level stakeholders and drive adoption

 

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years in Healthcare
  • Go-to-Market experience with a strong understanding of large deal structuring
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and BPS
  • Experience in designing automation workflows or BPaaS models
  • Excellent client-facing communication and executive storytelling skills

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, even if not hands-on

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $182,115 - 337,250. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

 This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
