Als Controller R&D and Financial Planning (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der finanziellen Steuerung unseres Unternehmens. Sie schaffen Transparenz, liefern fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen und unterstützen aktiv die wirtschaftliche Stabilität, Profitabilität und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unserer Organisation. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit den Bereichen Forschung & Entwicklung sowie internationalen Produktionsstandorten zusammen und begleiten strategische Projekte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortung für Budgetierung, Forecasting und Monatsabschlüsse mehrerer Berichtseinheiten (R&D und Overhead-Bereiche)

  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Profit-Split-Kalkulationen unter Berücksichtigung von IP-Eigentum, Kostenverteilungen, Produktionsstandortänderungen sowie inflations- und geschäftsbedingten Effekten

  • Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Prozesse innerhalb unseres internationalen Produktionsnetzwerks in Deutschland, Polen, China und Tunesien

  • Durchführung fundierter Finanzanalysen, einschließlich NPV-Berechnungen, Abweichungsanalysen, Szenario-Modellierungen sowie Investitionsbewertungen

  • Sparringspartner und Finance Business Partner für den Bereich Forschung & Entwicklung

  • Unterstützung von Projektmanagern bei Business Cases, Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen sowie strategischen Initiativen

  • Erstellung von Management-Reports, Entscheidungsvorlagen und finanziellen Handlungsempfehlungen für Führungskräfte und Entscheidungsgremien

  • Identifikation von Chancen und Risiken innerhalb des Projekt- und Produktportfolios und Entwicklung geeigneter Maßnahmen

Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzen, Rechnungswesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Projekt-, Portfolio- oder R&D-Controlling

  • Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen, bevorzugt im Medizintechnik-, Pharma- oder regulierten Umfeld

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Forecasting, Business Cases, Investitionsrechnungen und Finanzanalysen

  • Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Reporting- und Planungstools wie SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), FIPS, Power BI oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint

  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte und Prioritäten gleichzeitig zu steuern

  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte in fundierte finanzielle Empfehlungen zu übersetzen
