Prepare and Process Quotes: Handle large volumes of individual customer quotes daily, ensuring proper selection of equipment and appropriate pricing.

  • Collaborate with Manufacturers: Work closely with manufacturers to resolve application-specific issues.
  • Customer Support: Address and resolve customer discrepancies or complaints promptly.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the products we represent.
  • Communication: Answer and make phone calls daily, providing excellent customer service.
