- Collaborate with Manufacturers: Work closely with manufacturers to resolve application-specific issues.
- Customer Support: Address and resolve customer discrepancies or complaints promptly.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the products we represent.
- Communication: Answer and make phone calls daily, providing excellent customer service.
