Description
IntelliSource is seeking a detail-oriented Quote Modernization Agent. This fast-paced work environment requires time management skills and an efficient mindset. The campus is large, recently remodeled, and well equipped with a café, recreational facilities including a disc golf course, and quick-access shops surrounding the area.
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am-5 pm
This position works onsite, with the added flexibility of 4 remote days allotted each month.
Quote Modernization Agent Job Responsibilities:
  • Professional communication via email, chat, and equivalent systems
  • Critical thinking and strong sense of processes
  • Good customer service skills applied to all levels in the organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to type 35 wpm+
  • Ability to navigate several computer applications at once
  • Able to work independently with little supervision and make good decisions when completing the tasks
  • Able to help, support, and work effectively within a team
  • Able to maintain confidentiality

Quote Modernization Agent Job Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, OneNote, and MS Teams required
  • Sales Force experience preferred
  • Previous data entry experience preferred
