Estimator & Bid Coordinator
Henry Graphics, Inc. is a Georgia-based full-service designer and manufacturer of architectural signage programs. Our work ranges from ADA-compliant interior wayfinding signage, to illuminated monuments and building signage. Henry Graphics has performed work across the United States and has become one of the premier signage firms in the Southeast.

Overview:
We are looking for an assertive, self-motivated individual to assist with bid takeoffs, and additionally pricing the manufacturing and installation of architectural and interior signage at a very fast pace and with a high level of accuracy. You will be responsible for establishing relationships with vendors, obtaining the most competitive pricing, and compiling pricing required for each project. In addition to assisting the estimating department, you would be expected to perform takeoffs and gather specifics of architectural signage for bid projects. This job could potentially to lead to managing your awarded projects from beginning to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily interaction with a large customer base
  • Responding to customer’s quotation requests, needs, inquiries, and complaints
  • Administrative processing of customer orders
  • Professional email and phone correspondence with customers
  • Sourcing the most competitive vendor pricing and creating individual estimates using this pricing
  • Generating sales reports based on estimations produced
  • Daily interaction with office staff to take care of customer needs
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Familiar with PlanHub, Building Connected, ProCore, and other bidding platforms

Requirements:

  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with a positive attitude
  • Business to Business sales dealing primarily with contractors
  • Problem solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well and stay on task, whether on a team or as an individual
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines while managing multiple tasks and projects
  • Position requires a professional demeanor and appearance, as well as a courteous and friendly personality
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft applications (including, but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints/plans is a must
  • Experience in the sign industry is preferred, but not required
