Job description

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Worcester, NY area for an individual with 3+ years’ experience as a Quilting Machine Operator with a background in the bedding industry. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

·        Operate quilting, cutting, and sewing equipment in a mattress/textile manufacturing environment is PREFERRED

·        Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on production machinery, such as Paragon and/or older legacy machines

·        Ensure product quality through inspections, measurements, and adherence to production standards is PREFERRED 

·        Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all company and OSHA safety procedures is PREFERRED 

·        Utilize strong mechanical skills and experience operating quilting or textile manufacturing equipment is PREFERRED
