Job description

Job Summary
St. Vincent de Paul Elementary School in Petaluma, CA is seeking a school bookkeeper. The qualified candidate should be proficient in Excel, QuickBooks and payroll systems. The position is responsible for, but not limited to; accounts payable and receivables; processing of payroll; monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; attendance at school finance meetings; and processing of personnel hiring paperwork and benefits maintenance.
This position qualifies for a full benefit package which includes: medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation accrual, paid sick leave, paid bereavement leave, life and AD&D insurance, 403b, and 401a defined 5.5% employer contribution account after 12 months of eligible service.
