We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to oversee the daily operations of our Quick Lube department. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, leading a team, and ensuring vehicles receive fast, high-quality maintenance, you’ll fit right in at the #1 Subaru dealership in Louisiana!

As the Quick Lube Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating an efficient, positive work environment while maintaining high standards of excellence, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

· Lead, coach, and develop Quick Lube technicians to ensure exceptional performance and team work.

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Quick Lube department.
