Job description

Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments, and act as a liaison between customers and technicians. This position is about providing our customers with a great service experience and understanding their needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Schedule service for customers, either in person or over the phone, to ensure prompt and accurate diagnosis of any problems with their vehicle.
  • Discuss schedule maintenance with cost and time estimates.
  • Greeting clients
  • Effective walk around of the customer's vehicle.
  • Ensure that required documentation is complete and complies with regulations and standards.
  • Product knowledge and safety.
  • Communicate with technicians, team leader, and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Update clients with the status of the vehicles accordingly.
  • Accept full responsibility from start to finish by providing an exceptional client experience to drive brand loyalty.
  • Maintain an excellent Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Quick Lane manager.
