Our Quick Lane Manager plays one of the most critical roles in the dealership, providing leadership in the shop and ensuring that our customer's vehicles are maintained and repaired properly and our technicians are growing, are productive and have quality results.

THE POSITION
We're looking for an experienced Automotive Quick Lane Manager with excellent customer service and leadership abilities. Chastang Ford is growing our retail Quick Lane and will soon be building a stand-alone facility near downtown Houston,
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead Quick Lane technicians and advisors
• Provide highest level of vehicle maintenance and repair services
• Ensure client satisfaction
• Ensure the facility is warm and inviting
• Provide courteous, polite, and professional customer service with a smile
Qualifications:
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Previous experience in a Quick Lane or other fast lube type facility
• Ability to lead and motivate others to perform at a high level
• Ability to communicate well with customers and maximize the care and services that are provided
• Excellent computer skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
