Big Star GMC, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a CustomerSupport Rep that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork.

Looking for:

  • Congenial and cooperative with an efficient, precise work ethic

  • Friendly and cooperative with an ability to quickly connect with customers

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; deals creatively, logically and empathetically with customers and coworkers

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

  • Must be able to provide references upon request

What you'll do as a CustomerSupport Rep:

  • Respond to phone and internet leads promptly and in accordance with the Ken Garff follow up processes

  • Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns

  • Schedule appointments with customers to view and test drive new and used inventory

  • Document and update customer records based on interactions

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the new and used inventory the dealership carries

  • Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
