Our corporate office is located in Metro Phoenix, Biltmore Properties has been providing affordable property management services since 1976. With a great reputation and culture, Biltmore is looking to add an Maintenance technician to our team to help support our Winslow location.
What You'll Handle
We're hiring a part-time Maintenance team member at Kachina Gardens to help keep our community clean, safe, and in good working order. This entry-level role exists to support day-to-day upkeep and respond to repair needs as they come in.
Key responsibilities include completing general maintenance and janitorial tasks such as basic repairs, painting, cleaning, minor carpentry, and light electrical/plumbing work; replacing or servicing appliances as needed; and partnering with the Site Manager to prioritize and complete work orders.
Required qualifications/skills:
- 1+ year of maintenance technician and/or janitorial experience
- Comfort performing minor building repairs across multiple trades
- Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Willingness to learn, dependable, and a team-oriented problem solver
