Job description

The Bar, located inside The Madison Concourse Hotel, is seeking a Part-Time Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. If you're passionate about mixology, enjoy engaging with guests, and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, this is the opportunity for you. We're looking for someone who brings skill, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service with every guest interaction.

Shifts: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
Typical Hours: 3:30pm-11pm
Wage: Base pay + tips, average wage $18-$30/hour

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with Guests: Provide top-notch customer service, making sure every guest feels welcome and taken care of.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous bartending experience is required. 
  • Availability: Must be available to work nights and weekends (as needed).
  • Attitude: A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity of alcoholic beverages, cocktail mixology: recipes, preparation methods, glassware, equipment and service preferred. 

Qualified applicants must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and background check. The Madison Concourse Hotel is a drug-free workplace.
