Position Details:

Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 am until completion of the day's work. While we aim for 40-hour weeks, overtime is often available, and voluntary weekend work may arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with countertop installations.
  • Support Lead Install Technicians/Master Install Technicians by furnishing tools, materials, and supplies.
  • Maintain strict safety protocols and ensure job sites are clean and organized.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout installations.

    Education/Experience:
    •    Six months to one year of related experience and/or training in the construction industry.

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in the countertop industry or construction is preferred but not required.
    • Ability to read and use a tape measure.
    • Must hold a valid driver's license (higher pay for drivers) and be able to pass a PA DOT physical.
    • Familiarity with tools and equipment operation.
    • Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and performing various tasks.
