About the Role

As a Patient Service Representative, you'll serve as a trusted guide for our members, helping them navigate the healthcare system with confidence. This role involves assisting members with questions about benefits, claims, providers, medical bills, pharmacy needs, and access to care. Through empathy, problem-solving, and strong communication, you'll help ensure members receive the right care at the right time while making healthcare simpler and more effective.

Position Highlights
  • Starting Pay: $19.00/hour
  • Location: Dublin, OH (onsite with hybrid flexibility opportunities after onboarding)
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, No Weekends
  • Available Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Shift differentials available for select schedules
