About the role
We seek a Vice President, Sales, to drive our employer strategy, selling CirrusMD's Virtual Care solution directly to employers or through their benefits consultants or brokers. This role involves cultivating relationships with corporate benefits executives and influencers at leading national and regional firms. Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, strategic, and possess a proven track record of selling to employers in a complex environment. Location: This position may be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States of America, with significant business travel to and from prospect/client sites and/or the Quantum Health home office in Dublin, OH.
What you'll do (Essential Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute an employer strategy and territory plan.
  • Identify, segment, and build new business opportunities with employers, brokers, and consultants.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior benefits executives to effectively position CirrusMD's value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts with senior management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in positioning and selling high-value solutions across various pricing models.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a professional team.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and share insights with the CirrusMD team.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of CirrusMD's solution, including implementation and intended client use.
  • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to guide future development.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, value-based healthcare transformation, and competitors.
  • Partner with sales operations and account management to align with departmental and company strategies.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring (Qualifications)
  • Experience: 5+ years of successful sales experience selling digital health programs to employers (direct/brokers/consultants).
  • In-depth knowledge of the changing sales environment and related regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Experience in an entrepreneurial setting with a focus on employer sales.
  • Proven ability to position solutions and tailor messaging to meet prospect needs.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative solution sales within healthcare, with a track record of achieving at least $1M in ARR.
  • Strong ability to communicate and influence at the C-level.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to leverage industry contacts to generate warm sales leads.
  • Experience conducting boardroom presentations, facilitating group discussions, and delivering engaging product demonstrations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong problem-solving and presentation abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.
