  • Own and continuously improve our Business Management System (BMS), helping teams stay audit-ready and aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, and related standards.

  • Build, lead, and develop an engaged QA team that values accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Customer & External Engagement
  • Represent MRP in customer meetings and reviews, building confidence in our quality systems and commitment to excellence.

What it takes to succeed:
Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading others in a quality role, with 2+ years of formal or informal team leadership.
  • Hands-on experience managing quality systems, audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing setting.
  • Project management experience with the ability to prioritize work, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives through completion.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and represent the company with customers.
  • High personal and professional integrity, a strong sense of accountability, and the ability to work independently while building trust across teams.
  • A practical, results-oriented approach with the confidence to lead change, solve problems, and keep momentum moving forward.

Preferred Requirements
Our teammates come from diverse backgrounds that help us innovate new possibilities daily. While the qualifications listed below are preferred, they are not required.
  • Experience in the print, packaging, paperboard, or a closely related manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.

Why You'll Love Working Here
Our Culture: We're stronger together. Safety comes first, and we believe our people, customers, and investors are the foundation of our success. Collaboration and respect drive everything we do.
