  • Utilize standard inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
  • Perform calculations related to dimensions, tolerances, measurements, and angles as required by engineering documentation.
  • Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records in accordance with company procedures.
  • Identify, document, and communicate dimensional, process, or quality discrepancies discovered during inspection activities.
  • Assist with root cause investigations and troubleshooting of in-process defects and customer-returned products.
  • Support the development and implementation of Quality At The Source (QATS) processes, procedures, and forms.
  • Help ensure product flows efficiently through the manufacturing process while maintaining quality standards.
  • Assist in preparing documentation packages for customer source inspections, including inspection reports, drawings, bills of material, certifications, and related records.
  • Support customer source inspectors and designated quality representatives as required.
  • Place nonconforming material on hold and prevent discrepant product from advancing through the manufacturing process when necessary.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding customers, products, and proprietary information.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
