  • Maintain accurate inspection records, test results, incident documentation, training records, certifications, permits, postings, and audit evidence.
  • Prepare reports related to quality testing, sanitation, safety inspections, trends, KPIs, and corrective actions.
  • Support internal, customer, regulatory, and third-party audits.
  • Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Human Resources, Operations Excellence, and employee safety committees to improve quality and safety performance.
  • Support 5S, visual management, standard work, Lean problem-solving, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Post-secondary education in quality, food safety, occupational health and safety, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in quality, safety, sanitation, food safety, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or industrial operations.
  • Working knowledge of inspections, sanitation controls, GMPs, hazard identification, incident investigation, risk assessment, root cause analysis, and corrective-action processes.
  • Ability to work independently, organize priorities, maintain accurate records, and follow issues through completion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and related reporting systems.
  • English required; Spanish and/or French preferred based on site needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • HACCP certification or training
  • OSHA 30-hour or equivalent safety training
