What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a construction safety role.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish fluency is required.
  • Willingness and availability to travel out of state on a regular basis.

What You'll Earn & Enjoy:

  • Annual salary of $60,000โ€“$70,000
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to clear, achievable goals
  • Optional medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Company-paid life insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid Time Off and paid company holidays
  • 1 additional week of paid volunteer leave per year on top of standard PTO
  • Advancement opportunities within a company that's actively expanding nationwide
