Job description

Enterprise Program Manager

We are looking for a strategic and highly experienced Enterprise Program Manager to champion our continued growth. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, overseeing, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations at a massive, multi-million dollar enterprise scale.
As a senior leader within the delivery team, you will align large-scale implementation strategies with our clients' core business objectives, ensuring seamless adoption of Salesforce solutions across diverse, cross-functional departments. You will handle end-to-end governance—including comprehensive project planning, strategic resource allocation, high-level stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and strict financial/scope management.
Please note: This position will require regular onsite work at our client's location in Austin, TX.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Client amp; Stakeholder Management
  • Executive Partnership: Partner directly with Coastal Leadership to manage critical client relationships with Key Stakeholders and Steering Committee Members.
  • Relationship Ownership: Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned enterprise clients and programs.
  • Operating Models: Establish and maintain robust engagement and operating models tailored to various stakeholder groups.
  • Account Growth: Provide strategic direction to expand Coastal Cloud's footprint across 1–2 key clients or programs.
  • Executive Reporting: Provide high-impact project and program updates to diverse stakeholders across multiple executive forums.
  • Enterprise Program Delivery amp; Governance
  • Multi-Cloud Ecosystems: Lead multiple complex workstreams concurrently in a multi-cloud environment.
  • Delivery Planning: Establish comprehensive project delivery plans, tracking progress, critical paths, and key milestones.
  • Cross-Project Dependencies: Proactively manage cross-project dependencies and represent your programs in various corporate cross-project forums.
  • Risk amp; Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate critical risks and issues impacting large-scale project delivery.
  • Financial amp; Metric Accountability: Drive strict forecast accuracy, maintain optimal program profitability, and manage key performance metrics to guide programs to successful completion.
  • Contractual Support: Collaborate closely with Engagement Managers and Directors to identify escalation points, address project hurdles, and assist in developing scopes of work (SOWs) or other contract-related documentation .
  • Team Leadership amp; Delivery Excellence
  • Team Management: Direct and lead internal and client teams across the program, managing a headcount of 10+ team members, including other Project Managers.
  • Mentorship: Provide real-time mentorship, guidance, and professional development to program team members and Project Managers.
  • Agile Methodology: Guide delivery teams with estimation techniques, sprint planning, and performance tracking.
  • Process Accountability: Hold project teams strictly accountable for adhering to company and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) procedures, methodologies, and tools.
Experience/Skills Required:
  • Enterprise Leadership: 3+ years of experience working specifically as a Program Manager or within an enterprise project environment leading large-scale technology implementations.
  • PMO Background: 10+ years of dedicated Project Management Office (PMO) experience.
  • Consulting Expertise: 5+ years of experience within a professional consulting environment.
  • Financial Scope: Proven competence managing large-scale programs budgeted at $2M+ annually.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience overseeing Salesforce project implementations.
  • Team Scale: Documented experience managing teams of 10+ members, including sub-project managers.
  • Technical Literacy: Strong technical background encompassing software development, testing, automation, DevOps, CI/CD, and Quality Control processes.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proficient in maintaining critical executive client relationships, driving key strategic decisions, and providing thoughtful leadership.
  • Tools Proficiencies: Expertise in using modern project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheets, Lucidcharts, Google Apps, and MS Office, with the agility to quickly onboard onto new systems.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting, risk management, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have full-time, permanent US work authorization.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites as required
