Job description

We are looking for a Commissioning Process Improvement Manager to help transform how commissioning activities are executed across complex industrial projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, implementing new technologies, and partnering with cross-functional teams to create scalable, efficient workflows.

You'll work closely with engineering, operations, quality, project controls, and field teams to identify opportunities for improvement, standardize best practices, and support continuous operational excellence.





RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead process improvement initiatives focused on commissioning and startup operations.
  • Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and execution.
  • Develop standardized processes, documentation, and operating procedures.
  • Partner with engineering, construction, quality, project controls, and operations teams to align on best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts to map business processes and implement improvements.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, software, and digital tools.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor improvement initiatives.
  • Present recommendations and progress updates to leadership.
  • Create documentation including process maps, standards, work instructions, templates, and knowledge resources.
  • Help drive adoption of continuous improvement methodologies across the organization.





QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience supporting commissioning, startup, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or energy operations.
