Essential Duties Include:
โ€ข Processes receivers, invoices, production reports, freight bills, purchase orders, sales orders, and lumber sales for the plant.
โ€ข Handling phone calls, managing emails, ordering supplies, and managing correspondence.
โ€ข Orders office supplies for the plant.
โ€ข Assists in monthly inventory reconciliation
โ€ข Maintains positive relationships with vendors, customers, and plants.
โ€ข Works with others within the company to achieve desired goals.
โ€ข Performs administrative tasks associated with the purchasing of wood products and the movement of inventory.
โ€ข Works with accounts payables to resolve issues.
Skills and Experience:
โ€ข 2+ years of experience in an office environment.
โ€ข Strong verbal and written communication for managing emails, phone calls, and drafting reports.
โ€ข Proficiency in office technology and software such as Microsoft Suites and Epicor.
