Quality “Plus” Services is seeking a Business Development Manager to support our Virginia-based operations by developing new opportunities across the local industrial market.

This role is ideal for someone who understands electrical & instrumentation (E&I), process piping, and industrial mechanical systems—and knows how to turn relationships into revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and develop new business in:
    • Industrial electrical & instrumentation (E&I) services
    • Mechanical equipment installation and process piping
    • Plant maintenance, upgrades, and capital projects
  • Support local project managers by feeding qualified opportunities into the pipeline
  • Build relationships with:
    • Plant managers and facility leadership
    • Industrial maintenance teams
    • Engineers and project stakeholders
  • Get involved early in project planning, outages, and shutdown scheduling
  • Partner with estimating and operations to build scopes, budgets, and proposals
  • Drive consistent growth within the regional industrial sector
