Job description

We are seeking a Field Quality Manager with appliance installation experience, to oversee the daily operations of our driver and installation team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills, as well as a solid background in final mile delivery, appliance installation and/or logistics.
Field Quality Manager will play a key role in developing and delivering training programs, ensuring our teams maintain the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and mentor driver and installation teams.
  • Conduct new-hire training and orientation programs.
  • Track and evaluate each new hire's mentorship period.
  • Perform ride-along delivery inspections and prepare detailed reports.
  • Review inspection results with delivery teams and management.
  • Assist in developing training solutions for challenges identified during deliveries.
  • Provide coaching and problem-solving support to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications:
  • Final mile delivery/logistics
  • Experience in home appliance installation (refrigerators, microwaves, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, etc.).
  • Proven leadership experience with driver/installation teams.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Spanish bilingual preferred).
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background screening and DOT compliance
  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to de-escalate concerns.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
