We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead and manage all quality operations throughout the manufacturing process. This role ensures that every vehicle meets company specifications and the highest standards of safety, performance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience managing quality systems in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct all Quality Control staff

  • Oversee inspections and testing during all stages of the manufacturing process

  • Conduct shop, parking area, and road inspections to ensure vehicle readiness

  • Test vehicles to confirm compliance with work order specifications

  • Inspect and approve or reject internal and vendor-supplied components

  • Partner with Production and Engineering teams to support repairs and process improvements

  • Develop and enhance Quality Control policies and procedures

  • Manage documentation including inspection reports, certifications, and critical measurements

  • Ensure compliance with company safety and environmental guidelines

Requirements
  • 810 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
