Job Overview:

Job Summary**
The Senior Manager of Quality will lead and oversee all quality assurance and quality control initiatives across Primoris Services Corporation. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop, implement, and manage the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards and client requirements.
* Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality, analyzing data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
* Oversee the development and execution of quality control plans, inspection procedures, and testing protocols for various projects and services.
* Conduct internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance and effectiveness of quality processes.
* Collaborate with project teams, engineering, operations, and procurement to integrate quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and preventive actions, ensuring timely resolution and effectiveness.
* Stay abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory changes related to quality management.
* Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to senior leadership.
* Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in quality management roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management position.
* Extensive knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001 implementation and certification.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing comprehensive Quality Management Systems within the construction, engineering, or related heavy industrial sectors.
* Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification highly desirable.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
* Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
* Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to travel to various project sites as required.
