CCI Certified Service Technician

About Creative Colors International

Creative Colors International, Inc. is the industry leader in providing customers an economical alternative to restoration by repairing scratches, cuts, tears, burns in all leather, vinyl, velour, and plastic surfaces, primarily in the automotive, furniture, commercial and residential markets.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Show samples of repairs, explain quality of repair and distribute marketing literature explaining service
  • Inspect areas for improvement and receive approval for restoration projects
  • Greatly improve appearance on all leather and vinyl surfaces
  • Prepare invoices for all service orders
  • Investigate and solve customer dilemmas
Skills and Attributes:
  • Ability to work well without any day-to-day supervision
  • Strong customer service skills with a polite and respectful demeanor
  • Must have the ability to understand and respond to multiple customers' requests within a given day and prioritize those requests

Experience Requirement:
  • No experience necessary, but past experience in customer service industry preferred
  • Must possess high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass drug test, background check and driving record check
Benefits:
  • Satisfactory completion of six-week minimum apprentice program
  • One to two week CCI certified technical training in Mokena, IL
  • A training wage will be paid through the completion of training then will transition into a commission structure with unlimited income potential
  • Company Van provided, fuel, materials & uniform allowance will be provided
  • Monthly and Year End Bonuses

Compensation: $35,000 - $50,000/year
